Living in an increasingly connected world has made all of us more visible and made it even more important to promote ourselves and get comfortable with talking about what makes each of us unique.

On this pagem you can watch a full, 50-minute workshop, which we designed and delivered for UCL’s alumni network in 2016. Below that, you’ll find a series of five videos where the content of the workshop is tweaked, developed and condensed to guide you through the process of understanding what makes you unique and how to build your personal brand on that.

Our original workshop for UCL, where we talk about the best ways to master your personal brand, breaking down the core elements of personal brand and incorporating practical techniques to get you comfortable with defining, developing and evolving your brand.

The first video in the series, where we unpack our model for creating your unique personal brand. The model is designed to help you define your brand and discover what makes you unique.
DEFINE YOUR PERSONAL BRAND (Part i)
In the second video in the series, we delve deeper into the model and how you can define your brand. We will use the Unique Brand Model as the basis for an exercise to help you tease out some of the finer elements of your brand and how you can expand on them.
Define your personal brand (Part ii)
This third video in the series combines the work you’ve done to define your brand in order to tell your story in the most concise and compelling way. We will explain how to create Personal Impact Statements which shape your brand around what makes you most unique.
demonstrate your personal brand
Once your brand is defined, you need to take it out into the world and demonstrate it to people. That’s what this fourth video is about. We use the Unique Brand Model as the basis for another exercise in creating ways to measure value and demonstrate your authenticity.
Evolve your personal brand
Personal branding is not a one-off task.
In this final video, we look at how to evolve your brand over time. In a world where everyone and everything is constantly and rapidly shifting, this video will help you to be prepared and constantly evolve your brand to keep it authentic and relevant.
